When SEC mandated cybersecurity reporting is enforced in December 20231 2, a wealth of data will being to surface on the publicly available EDGAR system. We plan to provide helpful research based on the data. Some ideas are:
- Identify missing or predict new disclosures based on opensource intelligence
- Short and long term performance after a material cybersecurity incident disclosure
- Analysis of cybersecurity experience on Board of Directors
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of risk management, strategy and governance disclosures
- Company cybersecurity scorecard
