Item 1C. Cybersecurity.
ITEM 1C. CYBERSECURITY Due to the size of the Company and minimal activity level, record keeping requirements are also minimal. All records are tightly maintained on our secure server or in the cloud in our virtual data room. Our engineer and Rick Havenstrite are responsible for oversight as members of management and of the Board of Directors. We do not engage any assessors, consultants, auditors or other third parties in connection with our cybersecurity risk management. For the year ended December 31, 2023, the Company had no cybersecurity incidents or was at risk from cybersecurity threats that have materially affected or were reasonably likely to materially affect our business strategy, results of operations or financial condition.
