Item 1C. Cybersecurity The Company has integrated the assessment, identification, and management of cybersecurity threats within its overall risk assessment process. In general, cybersecurity risk is overseen by management which reports and discusses cyber risks and developments, if any, with the Board of Directors. In addition, the Company has engaged an outside managed IT services company which provides continuous monitoring of any events that could cause a business interruption or degradation of technology performance as well as any information regarding security incidents that may pose a risk to the Company.
