Item 1C. Cybersecurity We are a blank check company whose business purpose is to effect a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or assets. We have no significant operations. Therefore, while management monitors our exposure to cybersecurity risk, we have not adopted specific processes for assessing and managing such risk. The audit committee is generally responsible to discuss with management any significant risks or exposures, and as necessary report such risks or exposures to our board of directors. We have not encountered any cybersecurity incidents since our initial public offering. However, sophisticated and deliberate attacks on, or security breaches in, our systems or infrastructure could lead to corruption or misappropriation of proprietary information and sensitive or confidential data. As an early stage company without significant investments in data security protection, we may not be sufficiently protected against such occurrences. See Item 1A.
